How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Go to your App Store or Google Play subscription settings and cancel from there. Deleting the app or your BrainLadders account does not cancel the subscription.
How is my rating calculated?
Your MMR is based on correct answers, speed, and question difficulty. Faster correct answers earn bonus points.
Can I change my username?
Premium users can change their username once. Go to Profile → Edit Name in the app.
How do streaks work?
Play at least one quiz per day to maintain your streak. Premium users get streak freeze protection.
How do I report an abusive player or offensive name?
Email contact@1130.studio with the subject "Abuse Report" and include the offending user's display name (or duel code) and a short description. We review reports within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can restore it by signing back in. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted. See the Delete Account page for details.
